Within these pieces, I explored the concepts of  anthropomorphism by combining the head of a human onto the body of a worm. I imagine that these creatures are the result of a parasitic relationship who live in the earth’s core. They possess qualities that make them detestable and cowardly by humans’ standards. They are bound to living underground as to not alert modern day humans of their existence as the only knowledge of these worm people was regarded as mythology. If humans knew of their existence today, it would crumble our belief system of fact and fiction and send the world into utter madness. But that fateful day will come, just not yet.
