Kat Nzingha is a multidisciplinary experimental artist born in Philadelphia. After graduating with a BFA in material studies they continue to push societal boundaries by experimenting with dissatisfying textures in their visual fabricated entities and sound designs. It embodies a distinct repetitive quality while containing unexpected industrial materials with extended forms. It can cause a subliminal sense of discomfort and challenges predisposed notions of reality. Nzingha’s work liberates conjectural worlds and reveals hidden histories of human the experience.
