I HATE POLLUTION
And find it to be a Hallmark of our failure as a conscious and intelligent species that exists in a place that so effectively and efficiently RECYCLES and RENEWS itself and finds CHANGE in EVERYTHING.
As I quite often walk through the streets of my neighborhood, I find TRASH EVERYWHERE, the yards, the street, the gutters,
Unparticularly littered about, pervasive, protruding, putrid and so very poignantly SAD.
“Black Hole,” (Devouring Stardust), is actually a Photograph, of TRASH that I found “out in the wild,” photographed AS I FOUND IT,
Digitally Reimagined and printed to Canvas.
This piece and others I’ve made just like it, are part of a movement I call, “The Cleanup Effort,”
And whenever possible, I clean up/recycle whatever it is I found.
