Collage has been my principal art medium since 2004. I have completed over 300 individual pieces that explore color, line, and mood, and abstraction, realism and fantasy. Scraps of paper,ribbon, photos and cloth are my tools. I place the pieces on good watercolor paper with glue, cover all in glue, waxed paper and top with heavy art books. The glue God speaks overnight and makes final decisions.The subjects that attract me are architecture, including “tiny houses”, inte-rior design, atmospheric effects, other cultures and religious symbols. The size of the pieces dictates the ultimate size of the collage.
